  • In 2005 I left Montreal and Toronto behind and moved to Vancouver Island.  The beauty of the island astounded me. I was home.

     

    If you can’t paint and you can’t draw; if you can’t mold clay with your bare hands or soder together coloured pieces of glass; if you have any artistic illusions....
    I became a landscape photographer. Well, not all at once. I had a full-time job.
    And, first, I had to buy a camera.

     

    Nearly 20 years on it still amazes me that I get to be here.
    My photographs showcase just some of the island’s beauty.
